I applied online. I interviewed at International Rescue Committee (Tallahassee, FL) in Apr 2021
Interview
A 30 minute call through Teams. Asked about myself, how did I managed my time, strengths and weaknesses. The interview was good and not hard. I enjoyed it since the person that interviewed me was very nice, that gave me the chance to be relaxed and not stressed about what I was going to be asked about.
I saw a posting for this position on my University career website. I applied online and received a call about a week after I applied. They asked about my availability and some basic questions about my resume. After that it took a while to hear back from them, and I called and e-mailed them several times to make sure that they knew I was still interested. About two months later, they finally called me in for an office interview and was asked to start working as soon as possible.
