Interview
The interviewer was about half my age and seemed very uninterested in what I had to say. I was given the impression that he didn't believe me to be qualified to volunteer (even though I have a Master's in Public Health). He ran through the questions very quickly and then dismissed me.

How would you approach/speak to a client entering the office for the first time?
They had a smooth call, it was very efficient and clear. Very smooth at scheduling times. They had good questions, and an overall standard interview process with a call. Nothing crazy about process.
