They asked you to wait in a small meeting room and to fill in an application form. It took them a long time that two interviewers finally came, long after I have completed the form.
They asked questions and at last they said if you were shortlisted for a second interview, you will be meeting the team you will be working with.
One thing they were trying to test your EQ because they mentioned that the role will be working with different parties which are not very patient.
