Recruiter was fairly new and not very knowledgeable about the role itself, but she was helpful, friendly and communicative throughout the process. Best part of my experience. Onsite interviewers were incredibly rude and unprofessional, and because of them, I would never recommend IB to a friend or colleague. Horrible candidate experience. The interviewers seemed like they hated their jobs, and one of them even told me that he gets through the work day by reminding himself that he gets paid to be there.. I had asked what he enjoys most about his job and that's what he told me. The interview process was quick, so efficiency wasn't a problem. But it was the most depressing candidate experience ever.
