I was contacted two days after applying to their website and had a quick phone interview. After that, I was brought in for an onsite interview and met with the HR rep and separately met with two hiring managers. They all asked fairly similar questions such as where I saw myself in five years, etc. They also asked a few of those "can you think outside of the box" questions with no real answer. The follow up from the company was nonexistent and I had to keep following up but didn't really get a clear answer. I found out about 6 months later that they finally filled the position.
