I was initially approached for a phone interview, did two phone interviews, and was invited to come in for an in-person interview on a specific date after my second interview. I was told I would be contacted to schedule the in-person interview but I should save time on a certain day. I never heard from them to schedule that in-person interview and when I contacted IB to follow up, I learned they were in the process of hiring another candidate. Very unprofessional behavior on their part.
