This place is a joke. After Jr. recruiter contacted me I got into a long back and forth with a recruiter which resulted in me doing an analysis on their crappy web properties. I did a 10 page deck which I usually charge $$$ for which they then deemed me worthy to interview. After waiting around for hours for random people to come in an interview me, they deemed me not "webby " enough. For a company that relies on ad revenue on crappy web properties that was RICH. I currently have an online marketing job at a real company with real sources of revenue.
