Long interview process - seemed to just want ideas for email campaigns. Not clear on who position was reporting to. Hour long interviews at times with no promise to be hired on.

Very disorganized. HR said the process involved 3 rounds. Hiring Manager said the process was 6 rounds. In the end, I got ghosted after many rounds of interviews. On several occasions, the interviewers were late and only read my resume during the interview. Very much red flags and cause for concern. Caveat emptor!

Overall it was good. Had 3 rounds of interviews and 1 case was given which has 4 sections. I was to asked finish the Case study. I liked it as it gives me an opportunity to look back.
