Once of the worst experiences I've EVER been through. When I first applied, they immediately got back to me and asked for a phone interview. It went well and they said the next steps would be an in-person interview the next week and then a week later, an offer to a candidate. So all in all, a total of maybe 2-3 weeks. I applied in early February 2017. I went on to have an in-person interview and they said they would contact me shortly about an offer. Didn't hear back the next week so I sent a follow up. They responded saying they are still finalizing things and are still interested in you. Fast forward 2 weeks, still no hearing from them. Sent them follow ups along the way. Finally they got back to me and asked for a second round interview. I agreed. They said they would let me know within the next week. I STILL have not found out and it is almost MAY. Mind you, I've sent follow-ups throughout this process to check in. The interviews themselves were great and positive and it's a real shame that they were so unprofessional to not even give me a call or email saying that they went a different direction or to thank me for my patience during the whole process. Although I ended up accepting another position recently and I am very happy with it, I am still very surprised that Intersport didn't say anything back. How disrespectful. Especially since all interviews went well and I really thought I connected personally with all of the people I met. Very disappointing with a company that seemed very cool.
