      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Intralot (Paianía)

      Interview

Long application process - took more than 40 days in total. First interview with the QA department team member, the QA project manager and the HR recruiter. They asked me questions to assess my IT skills and asked to describe past projects, etc. Overall the structure of the interview was not very well organised. The recruiter jumped from one question to another without leaving me enough time to finish my response. At the end of the interview I was given a website requirements that I had to assess in 10 minutes with the use of a laptop. After two weeks a second interview with the CTO. Another two weeks passed and no news. Finally, on the beginning of the 3rd week I was given an offer that I could't accept.
