There were four stages. First was a simple and quick talk with HR. Second was an interview with a couple of other engineers. Third step was a technical assesment or project and fourth was an interview with executives. I stopped at the second interview because the tech stack that was described to me that I would implement in a day to day basis was not what they required from me in the end.

Got asked standard questions, no problem. Got a .docx file with programming questions, with no supervision. This is way to abusable for people who aren't qualified. Overall fine, but the poor programming test is disturbing.
