I applied at Intuit on February 6th. The recruiter reviewed and contacted me by February 10th via email. I was given a link and asked to choose a time and day that was best for me to schedule an over the phone interview. I chose February 13th. The phone interview overall was a great experience. During the 30 minute conversation, the recruiter asked me standard questions regarding my background, work history, career and overall interest in the role. The same day the recruiter told me that she would like to move forward with me and have me speak to the hiring manager. I then sent an email of my availabilities and scheduled the second interview for February 18th. The second interview with the hiring manager was more technical, but still simple. I was asked about my interest in the company, given an high overview of the company, the expectations of the role and asked to elaborate on my overall background. After the 40 minute conversation, I was contacted by the recruiter the same day to schedule an onsite interview. Intuit flew me to Mountain View, CA and I interviewed onsite for 3.5 hours on February 28th. The first interview was presenting my PowerPoint they instructed me to complete prior to the onsite interview. I was asked to talk about myself, accomplishments and present a business case study. I felt that although the PowerPoint did require some time to fine tune and complete, this allowed me to showcase my skillset and demonstrate my ability to complete a project if assigned to me. This is much better than a standard interview. I presented infront of 4 people. After the presentation, I also had a 2 on 1 interview followed by two 1 on 1 interviews. Each one was about 30 to 45 minutes long. On March 3rd I was given a verbal offer. It took slightly over a week to receive the offer letter due to unfortunate unforeseen events. Overall my experience was great and I appreciated Intuit's interview and hiring process. Although it challenges you, it allows to showcase yourself and gain self confidence in your ability to do the role.
