Interview
1st interview goes over the minimum qualifications of 3 years paid tax experience, must have an active PTIN, and willing to get CPA, EA, or JD licenses.
2nd interview- 8 video questions, 7 essay/written questions, and 15 M/C questions.

M/C question: The following changes happened with the Tax Cuts and Job Acts of 2017 except:
Essay/written question: What tax preparation software have you used and what are your likes and dislikes about each one?
Video questions were mainly scenarios they wanted you to research on web and then answer in a timely fashion. It was about 30 seconds to 1 minute to research before you had to answer. You had 3 minutes to answer.
1 round interview on hirevue. it was pretty easy. basic tax questions. bot interview. wasn't too dificult. about 10 questions, and you are able to retake the video for each question once.
