I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (Mountain View, CA) in Dec 2021
Interview
Pretty standard interview process for a large organization. Went through 1 virtual onsite before final 5.5 hour interview.
Questions were all doable. Had some leetcode medium and system design questions/scenarios.
Overall experience was good but didn't get the offer because of fit.

Interview
the interview rounds were all virtual in a span of 1 months , covered mosty dsa and in each round 2 dsa problems were asked in a very limited time period 45 min , expecting candidates to have question mugged up, illogical and interviews are not that skilled.
The process has 1 hour project implementation (depends on frontend/backend) for a situation. Followed by 1 hour team discussion on how to make it better. Followed by 2 interviews, 1 hour long.

Question 1
All based on the initial project worked on. Pros: Presentation oriented, so good implementation and communication is tested Cons: Something that can be read from documentation should not be your question. There is not much digging on writing efficient code.
