I had a terrible experience interviewing with Intuit. The process was extremely drawn-out and required way too much work in terms of interview preparation. I do not recommend interviewing with Intuit to anyone.
I had a phone screen with the recruiter, followed by two 1:1 interviews with the hiring manager and someone who would be on my team. Then, in the final round, I had to present a bit about myself, two recent projects, and my response to a marketing case study prompt. The recruiter said that it should "only take" about 3-6 hours to prepare the presentation, but that's completely wrong. It took, in reality, about 12-15 hours in total to complete the presentation.
After I presented, I had three additional interviews with the team: a 2:1 interview with two team members (one with whom I ALREADY interviewed before the presentation), a 1:1 interview with another team member, and then a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager (with whom, again, I had ALREADY interviewed before the presentation). I understand the desire to interview with the hiring manager twice, but why the same team member? It doesn't make any sense.
Overall, Intuit's interview process is a long, drawn-out waste of time for the interviewee. At the end of this experience, the hiring manager had the audacity to say "yeah, we're really having trouble hiring for these roles." Can't imagine why! Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that interviewing with your firm is ridiculously difficult and a complete waste of time?
I have no plans to interview for Intuit ever again.
