Intuitive Human Resources Position interview questions

Applied online and got a message from sourcer. Had casual conversation, but sourcer didnt know too much about role which was fine. They said next step would be to speak to a recruiter, but a few days later I got a general rejection email. Would have been nice to hear my app would be shared first or even a slightly more personal email letting me know I dont have the right skills instead of giving me the impression i would have another follow up conversation. Also they shared quite a lower salary range versus the one they put on the job description. Seemed like a way to get more apps and then inform candidates of real range.
