Applied online through company website. the process took about 3 weeks. First I received a call from the recruiter who was very polite and awesome. Then I was scheduled for Teams meeting with the hiring manager but was postponed to another day in the week, which was fine. The interview with hiring manager was very relaxed and it went pretty well. From our conversation it was clear that he liked me and I was pretty sure that I will advance to the next stage. He even gave me his work email so I can contact him if I had any questions. Unfortunately, a week later I follow up with the recruiter where he told me that the hiring manager is no longer with a company:( and I will have to do another first stage interview again with one of the IT infrastructure engineers. Well, I didn't make it. It's not always about what you know, it's about who you interview with. My luck, I guess.
