I had the job iterview adound the end of May. It was for a job that requires a lots of traveling. The interview was long, and requires the condo date to meet four people separately. The position and the salary do not justify the long process and the multiple interviews the candidate has to go through. I was a bit disappointed I didn't get tge job, but am so happy I didn't. A month later I got a much better offer with a company willing to invest in education. Invenergy does not - is the management told me- does not invest in employee continued education other that internal job related training. Also, it takes weeks for the management to make a decision , you may get another job before you hear from them. The outcome I am happier now that I did not get an offer. It could have prevented me from getting what I have now.
