The interview process began with three phone interviews - I wish more companies interviewed candidates over the phone before requesting time off it saves us from having to make awkward excuses to leave the office! After three interviews I was asked to come in for a half a day and interview one on one with 4 people and also did a group interview/presentation segment. Everyone was very down to earth and interesting to talk to. Interviews felt more like a conversation and all of the employees gave me the impression that this would be a great place to work.
