1st Round: Phone interview with HR 2nd Round: Zoom with Hiring Manager 3rd Round: In-person one-on-one interviews with the rest of the team I was denied after the in-person which was very disappointing as I'm passionate about the environment. I was told I was a good candidate, but currently, I did not have the years of experience they desired. That was something that could've been recognized from my resume (and was mentioned in my previous interviews which went great) before I paid for a 7-hour drive roundtrip and a hotel for the night before the interview. I did find it ironic they wanted me to drive all that way with my gas vehicle for an environmental company.
