The interview was not focused, but typical tell me about yourself. You will get a solid vibe, and its a bit warped around ageism, and unexperienced interviewers who lack knowledge trying to be the "smarter" one tells a candidate ego strokes are needed to get the position. But after taking the time out of you day, in the end, they will ghost you, so who is the unprofessional one - glad i didn't get the offer. One company to avoid.
