Interview with the VP initially, as a screening. Requested that I consider a lesser senior role after the interview was completed. Interview for lesser role was with four different employees via internet video conference. Each person jumped on the call for 30 minutes. Some conversational questions to feel out the fit, some behavioral based questions.
