Stage 1: Online application form which included 5 questions about your motivations and background. Stage 2: Numerical reasoning test and personality test. Stage 3: Interview with two senior team members (one of four candidates interviewed). Questions mainly related to my background and asset management, particularly the bond market and leveraged finance. I didn't get asked any competency based questions. I didn't receive any feedback/reply to my emails asking for an update on the status of my application. Having read other reviews this seems to be relatively common for unsuccessful applicants.
