Interviewed with multiple people over the course of about 3 months and never heard a final answer. Was completely ghosted after I put in the research and prep time, called out from work multiple times, was always prepared and came with thoughtful questions, sent thank you notes, immediately responded every time they reached out. And they couldn't even bother to give me an update at the "end" of the process. Or is it over? I actually have no idea because I haven't heard from them in a month.
