Invitae Clinical Genomic Scientist interview questions

I've applied for a Clinical Genomics Scientist position (PhD level). I've made through all the screens and interviews, including a 2.5-hour video session with Invitae's scientific leadership, as well as a proficiency test. Several weeks later, the recruitment specialist from HR has provided very positive feedback and stated that Invitae is interested in me and he will follow up with me. That was 3 months ago. I have never heard from him since and he didn't bother replying my follow up emails. I have never imagined that a company can treat their shortlisted candidates in this manner. A disgrace.

The HR screen was ok. The interviewer did not understand the science I had done (I had explained in lay terms) and was listening only for buzz words and key words. However, they were reasonable to accept their lack of scientific specialization and allowed me to further elaborate my expertise using the buzzwords they recognized. Following this I spoke with two hiring managers, both of which were straight forward and finally was a 2 1/2 hour series of video interviews with their team. A couple of the interviewers had very bad audio feeds requiring repeat of questions. The interview was conversational, only one question stood out as a technical question, most were to gauge behavior personality, and overall background and experience. I use my interviews to learn more about the team, company culture and trajectory, and the specific job role. It appeared that I was clearly qualified for the job role. My response to the technical question could have been better, but it (the analysis they queried about) is something you pick up when dealing with the problem.
