      Laboratory Accessioning Associate Interview

      May 10, 2016
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      San Francisco, CA
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Invitae (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2015

      Interview

The entire process begins with an email from the recruiter to set up an initial interview about the position. General background information check to get to know you and discuss your resume. The next phase consisted of another phone interview with the person whom will be overseeing you and the department your assigned to where he gauged more of my background and went more in depth about the position and how I would fit in it and expectations. Afterwards, a follow up by the recruiter set me up with an in person interview that would last half a day at their office. The entire process during the in person interview consisted of multiple interviews with people from the department to get to know you better and if you'd be a good fit. Overall a good interview process and a great opportunity for them to pick your mind and for you to see if your a good fit.
