At phone interview, hiring manager made it clear process would take 2-3 months. This was good for setting my expectations. First in person interview went great! 1-2 people interviewed at a time, about 8-10 people total. They thought I would be more appropriate for another position given my background and aspirations. Second in person interview was about the same with 1-2 people at a time for a total of 8-10 people total for 3-4 hours. Very consistent answers from all regarding my questions about the company and the culture.
