The position & work culture seemed good although the process itself needs some improvement. A recruiter reached out to me for phone screening and explained the position and the reason why it is open. It was a great opportunity for a person who wants to grow in supply chain position. Although, after 1st round, I was invited to schedule 2nd round with hiring manager and after providing the availability, I never received the confirmation or any update for a month and received rejection after a little bit over a month.

Unprofessional! Twice I was reached out by the same recruiter to go ahead and put time on her calendar just to be completely ignored the first time. And now this second time it was rescheduled and ghosted.
