Phone screen with HR recruiter explaining the position and recent expansion of business. Went well and moved on to a chat with the hiring manager, who asked general interview questions and some questions about my technical experience. Next was moved on to a half day interview with 5-6 people and a technical ('white-board' style) interview with the hiring manager. Some others asked one or two technical/programming questions. Over all the half-day interview was a conversation and you could tell the team dynamics were positive. Everyone I interacted with was nice, had strong interest in the work they do, and were behind Invitae's mission of being the most accessible genetic information company.
