Very informal interview. All employees work in close proximity in one large room including the CLIA lab (start up, therefore expected), the interview was carried out in the open surrounded by the entire company which made it very distracting.

30 minute call with hiring manager who asked more technical questions and spoke more about what the job entailed. Questions were standard and related to the skills from my background that they were interested in.
