The recruiter ghosted me after providing me a link to share my availability. I provided them with wide time frames to choose from, and they held my schedule "hostage" ghosting me for 4 days. I eventually had to pull my availability entirely, so I could provide those time frames to other opportunities. Eventually, the recruiter scheduled me in a first round Zoom call with the hiring manager that I would be reporting to in the role. The call went very well, and the budgeted salary range was within market. He was enthusiastic about moving me forward. He let me know what the next steps were. Neither the recruiter or hiring manager reached out to update and I never heard back. I never followed up because I had more competitive offers on the table. Extremely unresponsive recruiting team. The company has also announced its plans to dilute ownership equity by up to $500 million by issuing new stock and selling it to the open market. Avoid this company.
