It was a two hour interview process with four people who I will be in constant interaction with if I was offered the position. Each person was part of the management team and ultimately makes decisions for the laboratory. I spent approximately thirty minutes with each person and was asked about my current role, the projects that I'm involved in and discussed about what the position entails.
