Interview
45 minute presentation in front of five people. 4 hours of interviews with individuals of group of people on the same team. Some technical questions but a lot of behavior screening. Once the job was offered, the HR rep said the salary listed was incorrect and asked if I would take about half of the salary previously discussed. After nearly five hours of interviews and hours preparing for the presentation, this wasted a lot of my time and their own employees’ time as well.
Multiple interviews on different days. People are nice but thorough! Enjoyed the process. Each interview lasted for an hour. Total four hours. Questions were about technicality as well as personality and how you would react in different situations at work.

Interview
Quick and easy interview with an internal recruiter. 1 phone call with the hiring manager. Hiring manager did not ask any questions. The position was described to me in detail, and also the company culture and team structure. The hiring manager however did not answer any of the questions that I had prepared for him - each answer was 'well you tell me' - which at the time over the phone I answered, but afterwards realized that was not an appropriate response for a phone screening.
