Straightforward, involved several direct interviews and 1:1s. Prepped a presentation, but not required. Overall a positive process. Having been on the other side (as an interviewer at Invitae) it is quite objective.

I went through 6 hours of panel interviews over 6 weeks, was told an offer was being put together, and then the recruiter called me to tell me that they decided to eliminate the position and start the search for a more junior role. Two weeks later, they posted the exact same position. Not the best look.
