Finally was hired after six interviews, the first interview was for the departing athletic director three interviews with the departing athletic director and the general manager and then an additional interview with the entire department head team. My paperwork was lost two times so I had to refill out all the papers and was finally able to start work almost 5 weeks after the first interview in the meantime the departing athletic director had left the position two weeks before I started so therefore there was no training and no keys for my office so even after I started I could not get into my office for another week.
