After filling out an application and passing the personality test I was called back for a tour of the facility then offered the job. As long as youre qualified the interview process is not difficult.

Very intimidating. A lot of the management in one room.They all had individual questions and they didnt seem too friendly to the interviewees. Overall it was pretty okay. They did expect someone to fit a certain role and had to make sure that the new hire was exactly what they were looking for.
