I got hired on the spot but not until after 5 or 6 back-to-back interviews. I wouldn't say the process is necessarily grueling but it's in your best interest to know how the product helps marketers.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Invoca
Interview
Everyone I spoke to during the interviewing process was incredible. The first interview was over the phone with a recruiter. She was extremely personable and expressed a genuine interest in the success of the candidate (myself). The next interview was over the phone with the hiring manager. He asked thought-provoking questions, which I greatly appreciated. I also appreciated his candidness and knowledge of the company. The final interview was an hour and over Zoom with three employees. They were exceptionally pleasant and it was by far the most organic interview I have ever had.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Invoca (Santa Barbara, CA) in May 2019
Interview
First-round was a brief introductory call with the recruiter, the second was with the entire team. First-round was a phone interview (Skype) and lasted for about 30 minutes. The interview was more of a discovery of my background, graduation, when I'd like to start, pretty admin stuff. Second interview was with the team you would be a candidate for and you were interviewed by the manager through the phone. He asked for my interests, and soft skills I had, etc. We had situational questions such as "how would you approach xyz if a customer did xyz." He then asked for my start date because they were looking for someone to being immediate. Unfortunately due to that, because I was looking for a later start date, I declined.
