I had a fantastic conversation with the VP of engineering about the position, then 2 days of afternoon interviews with about a dozen senior level people. It was about the best interview experience I could imagine. I found everyone I spoke with, from EVP’s to managers to the recruiter, to be down-to-earth, welcoming, and amazingly competent. The interviews were more like comfortable conversations with friends. I was offered drinks & snacks, and given a tour of their dog-friendly facility, including the rooftop deck and basement (with a bar). The caliber of people and culture at Invoca is second to none. This company is going places! Invoca moved quickly on the interview process and I had an offer one week later.
