This interview process was really lengthy, ending with me reaching out to the original recruiter who connected me with Invoca to get a "sorry we are going to pass." I am comfortable being told no if I'm not right for the job, but they gave no reason and didn't even reach out on their own. The hiring manager was driving during our interview; he was also late for the call, which made me feel that he either forgot the interview entirely or didn't care about the call. His phone was cutting in and out and he continually seemed annoyed when I asked him to repeat what he said because I couldn't hear him. He kept saying "just tell me more about yourself" with no true questions for me to answer (i.e. he wasn't prepared). Hopefully you have a better experience than I did, but they don't seem to prepare for interviews or have a strong follow-up process.
