Interview
From start to finish, my interview process at Invoca was phenomenal. I could tell it was a people-oriented company from the moment I scheduled my first interview. Invoca had extremely considerate and inclusive candidate practices at every level of the interview process. I was immediately drawn in by the people and culture of the company, as well as their drive to continuously improve and implement new initiatives that focused on enhancing the company culture by investing in it’s people.
The entire process was three rounds with four interviews total. I interviewed with the hiring manager, two team members, a senior recruiter, and an executive. These interviews were more conversation based, which allowed me to learn just as much about the company as they learned about me! Interviewers were very transparent and authentic with their responses which helped me get a good grasp on how the company treats its employees. I was amazed hearing about the constant steps Invoca takes to make the company a place where everyone is not only supported but can thrive.
It was truly a Grade-A experience, and I’m so happy to have joined the team. Invoca really is a company that maintains its values and puts people first!
