The recruiter was very friendly and easy-going, and the interview itself was mainly straightforward. I was told, however, that I would hear back regarding its outcome by the end of the day and two weeks later have still not heard a thing...
Very easy interview process, CV application is blinded and if successful you’re invited for an assessment day which can include a written task, general competency questions or a presentation. There is also a group task and then a final interview with members of the team . None of these tasks were particularly difficult, I think the focus is more on team fit rather than proficiency.
1. Two 250-word questions via beapplied. 2. upload CV and take gamified behavioural test via arctic shores. 3. Short interview with very nice H&R person 4. 10-minute presentation on previous project and values-based interview 5. Group activity and "grad chat". NB: I only completed steps 1-3 as I went with another offer.
