I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ipsos in Feb 2025
Interview
Pretty straightforward process. Started with the HR screener, moved to a video call with SVP and VP, finally a case study where data is provided and an analysis and a short slide deck preparation was expected. Followed up with an offer call.
Interview process was fairly easy and straightforward. There weren't any tests or complicated panel interviews. I had a referral which helped a recruiter reach out to me directly. Interview consisted mainly of behavioral questions and some specific related to market research experience.
Interview consisted of HR phone screen and interview with hiring manager. Straight forward culture fit question, long term career goals and discussions of methodologies I’ve had experience with. I was able to interview with a few different teams.
