Interview
A very brief phone call to cover your background experience and why you think you would be a good fit for the role. This is then followed by a face-to-face group interview process where you learn how to make calls and lead participants through the survey and then have a practice call with somebody from the business.

East interview. Simple questions to see how suited you are to the role and how you would handle various situations with the public. Short and thorough and nice people to deal with.
Teams interview, 30 minutes long with one other person. Questions about past experience. Nothing competency based/STAR questions. There was only one stage of interviews. I heard back within 1 week.
