Interview
I was approached by HR from Ipsos via email to set up a phone conference call with the manager and director. All parties were very professional and kind throughout the process. Interview took about 45 minutes and I was surprised to understand that there was only 1 round of interview and no case presentation / technical interview at all. They made an offer few days later which I rejected because I took another job.

First chat with HR, second chat with manager/director. 2nd interview was a case study/task assessment type interview - asking report/deck was sent to me and I had to run through, explaining the results of a product test

Initial phone call which assessed initially if I would be a good fit. The second chat was another call with the hiring team. I didn’t go any further than this as they were looking for someone with experience for a niche team.

Simple 1-1 interview. Applied through reference. But standard process was taken care of. Post the interview clearance the HR negotiates on the salary. This is the final round and if you fit in the salary bracket they select you.
