Interview
1st stage: 30 min to 1 hour test (multiple category plus several open ended questions-response to e-mail or a reaction to client's complaint)
2nd stage: Interview with Human Resources representative
3rd stage: Interview with the department manager
I was attended the first phase of interview. It was great. I was given questions paper and I took around 2 hours to answer all the questions. No face to face interview during this phase.

They asked to write source code for html, css, javascript, sql and several questions which can be write in pseudocode or other programming language.
