Interview
It's a three-step process, (Exam - HR interview - Department Head Interview). I was interviewed by an HR associate, which I later found out who was an intern as well. Interview was okay as it was just about my personality. During the second interview, the questions were more about my impression of the company. I was also given a heads-up with the things that I'd be doing if ever I was hired, and asked if I was okay with that.
