      Research Analyst (ADP) Interview

      May 3, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Parsippany, NJ
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ipsos (Parsippany, NJ) in Apr 2019

      Interview

The first step was to do a video interview, and it was all natural, fundamental questions. I was then contacted by a recruiter to do a 30-minute phone interview. It was more about getting to know you more on a personal level. The recruiter invited me to an in-person meeting at the Ipsos office. At the Ipsos office, I had to take a 60-minute assessment of basic math, logic, and data interpretation skills. I then had three sets of interviews with two employees at a time ranging from account managers to vice presidents. All the questions were behavioral and situational-based as they were mainly reading off a script. They were all generally nice and answered all my questions. Before the day concluded, we had a networking session with three current analysts. None of them seem to show much energy or enthusiasm. I ended up getting an e-mail a week or so later that they were moving forward without me.
