Interview
It was a three step process. First a series of video interview questions, second a phone interview with a hiring manager, and third a three and a half hour round of interviews along with a timed test. There was a group of interviewees, but we spoke with employees individually. The process was smooth until the conclusion of the 3.5 hour interview. They were extremely delayed in providing a response (a week and a half after the deadline they set for themselves). Additionally, they concluded a 1.5 month long process with a very brief, disingenuous email that showed a lack of professionalism and genuine company culture.
The first initial screening was an interview with the recruiter. They asked about my experience and talked about what they do. Next was a skills assessment that was timed and to be completed.
