Applied online, after 2 days got emailed to do an online video interview. One week after that I got an email from HR asking when I was available for a phone call - which happened to work out for later that day; it wasnt quite an interview more so getting details and scheduling an in-person interview. In-person interview was later that week, was 1 hour with manager and director, then 1 hour of a written skills test (basic math, analytical, and research skills). I got an offer soon after that.

The first initial screening was an interview with the recruiter. They asked about my experience and talked about what they do. Next was a skills assessment that was timed and to be completed.
