I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ipsos (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2021
Interview
Since they were hiring fresh graduates, I received a response from them as I had just finished my program with a local college (Toronto). Earlier, I had applied several times through referral, but it never worked out for me as I was a new PR immigrant.
Stage 1 - Pre selection of candidature based on the resume used for application on their website. They provided me a form to complete which had questions like why ipsos, why market research, which domain in Ipsos would I prefer, salary expectation, and some more behavioral questions.
Stage 2 - received an email from HR to confirm panel interview date and time
Stage 3 - Panel interview conducted by Director of one of the domains, account manager of another domain and a senior HR. Comprised of more of behavioral and situation based questions and also about my past experience in market research field back from my home country. Based on this round, the panel may have decided my suitability for a particular domain
Stage 4 - Domain director round (this round was based on the panel's review of my suitability for a particular domain). This round was similar to the panel interview round.
Stage 5 - After 2-3 weeks of wait - received a call to join Ipsos.

30 minute screening asking me about my experience, what coding languages I know, what attracts me to market research, and what’s my favorite research project. Was asked follow up questions about the project.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ipsos (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2026
Interview

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ipsos
Interview
Pretty simple interview process. 1 with HR, another with a member of the hiring team, case study + interview. Overall pretty straight forward and communicative, it wasn’t drawn out or anything.
